Get to know Jane
Jane Whitfield has been selling homes in Toronto's west end for twelve years, working with first-time buyers, growing families, and people downsizing after decades in the same house.
She grew up in Bloor West Village and still lives there, which means she can tell you which streets flood, which schools have waiting lists, and which corner has the good coffee.
Jane works with a small number of clients at a time. She would rather do three moves properly in a month than ten badly.

Preparation is most of the result. Jane advises on what to fix and what to leave, arranges staging and photography, and manages the listing from the first showing to closing. Leaving a house you have lived in for decades is not a transaction, so she works at your pace and coordinates the sale with the purchase.

Duplexes and triplexes across the west end can work well, and plenty of them do not. Jane reviews rental income, expenses and what the property will realistically need spent on it before you commit.
